As busy college students it is difficult to cook something without spending hours on making it. We all know that we are busy with class, work, sorority events and other activities that may be going on in our lives.
This has been a problem for me. I do not have time to cook much but wanted something other than pasta and things cooked in the microwave. I had been looking around on Pinterest, procrastinating working on some of my homework one day, and came across this pin.
It was listed as 52 healthy meals in 12 minutes or less and I thought, “Hey, I can spare 12 minutes to cook something that is good for me”.
The website that this is on also has some tips on fitness and a lot of other things to help you with your day-to-day life like stress and sleep. So have at it, look up some stress relief tips and enjoy something that you cooked fast that is also good for you!
